If you’re sick, please don’t work. If you do feel well enough to work, you can do so, but please stay at home.

Please let Eltje and your manager know by 9am London time (or before your shift starts), if you need to take sick leave. Please also log it on Humaans and update your Slack status.

Planned surgery/procedures

If you have any necessary surgeries or procedures, please request sick leave as soon as possible and for extended recovery periods, please prepare a handover.

Extended sick leave

For extended periods of illness, please speak to us so we can work out a plan. In some countries, we may be required to request a doctor's note from you. In the UK, we have Statutory Sick pay. Further details about our sick leave policy here.
