<aside> 💡 We’re launching this progression framework as V1 and we will iterate on it as we grow the team. We will also create team-specific frameworks in the future.

Enabling and supporting growth is at the heart of everything we do here at Bonnet. And that’s not just when it comes to launching new features, expanding into new territories or growing our customer base. You can also see it in our values, monthly goals, our big targets and our employee experience.

In fast-growing companies like Bonnet, it’s super common to take on a lot of responsibility very quickly. And this often comes with fast title progression. But what progression actually means is often less well-defined than in bigger companies.

In order to make it clear what progression actually means at Bonnet, we created this framework, which aims to:

  1. Give all team members clarity **and **visibility on their current level, and what is expected of them today and in the future by providing a nuanced and tangible progression framework, without being a tickbox exercise
  2. Helps us forecast what level to hire future team members at in order to allow us to scale in the future
  3. Gives managers clarity around progression and milestones of their team

The framework is used in our ‣ and following that, the Career Development Session.
