1. Transparency

   • Give every candidate an update on their application
   • Provide honest and constructive feedback after every interview round
   • Document the hiring process and keep it updated
   • Share hiring plans with the team and communicate new roles with the team once published

2. Iteration

   Hiring processes are always in draft and can always be improved, especially when we can either streamline the process improve the candidate experience (ideally both)

3. Diversity
