We are aware that diversity & inclusion efforts are ongoing, and that we will never have it all figured out and ‘done’. This means we need to constantly learn and iterate. We will also make mistakes, but the important thing is that we learn from them and act with positive intent.

Why is D&I so important?

There has been a lot of research into the impact of diverse workplaces on the success of businesses. Research shows that diverse workplaces outperform and are more innovative.

Our aim is to create a workplace...

  1. where everyone can bring their full self to work
  2. that is broadly representative of the population
  3. that allows us to attract the best people to join our team

We hire people by evaluating their abilities to fit the role, how their values add to our team and what motivated them to join Bonnet. We are an international team with people from all over the world, and we’re soon going to have regional teams to drive our international expansion.
