Before coming to the office, book a desk via the WeWork Workplace app
- You won’t have access to the building without a booking. So please make sure you book ahead of time, or check for availability before travelling to the office, if you come on a short notice.
- We have 13 desks, which should be enough in 99% of times. If you didn’t book ahead, you might not have access to the building, if we’re at capacity.
Leave the desk in the condition you want to find it in 🙏
Use all the available space in the building, but please make sure people can find you in the building on your office days
Only book meeting rooms for client meetings, or sensitive topics. Meeting rooms operate on a credit system, and we have a limited amount of credits, so please keep that in mind. More details below.
Given we’re no longer in our own space, please make sure your screen is now visible to other people and lock it when you leave it.
And please no smelly lunches in the office room. Head to any of the kitchen space instead 🙅‍♀️
