Giving every new joiner a great onboarding experience is super important to us. We want you to feel like you’ve made the right decision to join us, and that you are excited and committed to what we’re doing as a company.
Our aims for all new joiners are to:
Line Managers are responsible for the successful onboarding of new joiners in their team. The people team is responsible for helping the manager achieve that. Below we are lining out some general steps for each new joiner's onboarding process.
Your candidate journey ends once you’ve signed the employment contract to join Bonnet. In the weeks leading up to your start date, we will prepare your onboarding plan and will be in touch throughout.
To get up to speed fast, the goal is to make sure all the admin and set up is done, you have access to all important information and resources when you join.
Your first 2 weeks
The goal of your first week is to be a human sponge. Your can expect to:

In your second week, you’ll hopefully have all the context you need to hit the ground running - no worries, we’ll still be with you every step along the way!
