At Bonnet, we’re operating a hybrid approach. That means we have a mix of home (up to 3 days/week) and office working (minimum 2 days/week). The exception here are the folks who are on the ground in Europe, and our CX team.

If you want to experience working from the Alps, or spend some time in a sunnier place over winter, you can work from outside your contractual country for up to 3 months in any 12 month period.

Before planning your trip, please make sure that this won’t interfere with your ability to do your work as you would at home and consider any time zone difference with your lead. It’s also in your responsibility to ensure that your internet connection is stable and all customer data is secure.

How do I make use of this?

In order to make use of our work from anywhere policy, please talk to your manager and Eltje first.

If everything is happy with the plan, please book the time as ‘working remotely’ on Humaans. Eltje will also ask you to sign a document to ensure that you’ll continue to meet your personal KPIs and fulfil your contractual obligations, as well as relieving Bonnet of any duties around your health and safety.
